I have started maintaining a gratitude journal, and let me tell you, it is a game changer! Being grateful everyday for the tiniest of things can change your life.

The more you try to control the outcome, the more your manifestation will be affected. So visualize what you want and just let go. The universe will do the rest.

Manifesting works best when you stay clear on what you want and take small steps toward it, but don’t stress about how or when it will happen. It’s like planting a seed, you water it and care for it, but you don’t keep digging it up to check if it’s growing.

So, keep the goal in your heart, but let go of the need to control everything.
