Do you think gratitude is a habit we have to actively practice, or is it something that should come naturally? And can we really feel grateful when life isn’t going our way?

I feel it’s interconnected. If we consciously practice it, after a point of time, it will start coming naturally to us ☺️

It’s the habit that we cultivate…to be grateful of tiny things that we take for granted…this gives way to a positive shift in our perspective and we slowly start living in a state where we naturally focus on the things that ARE going our way…this I believe attracts more good things. So it’s a conscious effort at first.

When our mind learns to seek out the good even in small moments, life starts to feel lighter and brighter.✨

Gratitude can come naturally, but in tough times it’s something we practice. Even small sparks of good remind us there’s still something to hold onto.
