This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Minds Journal Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your use of our mobile applications available on iOS, Android, and other operating systems (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.
8.1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
- Download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access features of the App in accordance with our Terms of Service
This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary content, except for the personal use of the App as intended.
8.2. License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell the App or any of its content
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
- Use the App in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive manner
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers within the App
Violation of any of the above may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App and may also lead to legal action.
8.3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, software code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by or licensed to The Minds Journal Community. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to you.
8.4. Updates and Upgrades
We may periodically issue updates, patches, or new versions of the App to improve performance, fix bugs, or introduce new features. By continuing to use the App, you agree to install any updates and understand that some functionality may be unavailable without them.
We are not obligated to support or maintain outdated versions of the App.
8.5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violating this Agreement or other platform policies. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
8.6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or security risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
8.7. Compliance with App Store Terms
You agree to comply with all applicable Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms and policies, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
8.8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
